OrbitaOpen the builder

Create a professional email signature in seconds.

Pick a template, fill in your details, and copy it straight into Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail.

Everything the signature needs, nothing it does not.

Four templates

Classic, compact, stacked or card. Switch between them at any time — your details carry straight over, so nothing is retyped.

Live preview

The signature redraws as you type. What sits in the preview pane is exactly the markup you will paste into your mail client.

Table-based HTML

Output is an old-fashioned table with inline styles, the one layout Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail all agree on. No stylesheet to strip.

Copy as HTML or text

Take the rich version for your mail client and the plain-text version for the clients and mailing lists that refuse anything else.

Shareable links

Hand a colleague a link and they open your exact signature. The payload rides in the URL fragment, so it never reaches our server.

Drafts stay local

Work in progress is kept in your own browser storage. No account to create, and nothing about you is stored anywhere else.

Four templates, rendered the way your mail client will render them.

Nothing below is a screenshot. Each one is the same HTML the builder puts on your clipboard, dropped straight onto the page.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an account?

No. The builder opens straight into an editable signature, and there is nothing to sign up for. Your work in progress is kept in your own browser storage, so closing the tab and coming back later picks up where you left off on that machine and that browser only.

Where is my data stored?

In your browser, and nowhere else. The draft lives in local storage under a single key, and clearing your browser data removes it. Nothing you type is sent anywhere as you build the signature.

Which mail clients does the output work in?

The ones that matter: Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail. The signature is an old-fashioned HTML table with the styling written inline on each cell, which is the one layout every mail client agrees on. There is no stylesheet for a client to strip out.

Can I change template without retyping everything?

Yes. Your details and the template are separate — switch between classic, compact, stacked and card at any time and the same information is redrawn in the new layout. Colours, font and size carry over too.

How do share links work?

The link carries your signature in the URL fragment, the part after the hash. Browsers never send that to a server, so handing someone a link shows them your exact signature without the details passing through us. Anyone with the link can open and edit their own copy.

What do I actually paste into my mail client?

Whichever version your client wants. Copy the rich HTML for Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail, or take the plain-text version for clients and mailing lists that refuse anything else. The HTML source is shown in full if you would rather paste it into a signature settings box by hand.
